(September 3, 2019, 10:11 am)Quick & competent service, excellent & tasty flavors, satisfying quantity, bargain pricing. BYOB adds to charm. Nice selection on lunch menu which totaled $36 including 20% tip and satisfied 4 people with leftovers we took home.
(August 18, 2019, 7:56 pm)My companion and I went to Orchid around 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant looked clean and smelled good. It took a minute for us to get Hot tea and water. My companion ordered a pepper steak type special, I ordered shrimp pad Thai and a mango shrimp roll as well as a Philadelphia roll. We waited about 15 minutes and our 2 rolls came out sans the pepper steak but with the pad Thai. The waitress came back in a few minutes and we told her about the missing dish and now the cold pad Thai. Finally the pepper steak and new pad Thai came out which were both very good. Peppers with steak, peppers crisp, steak flavorful and not chewy or grisly. Pad Thai good flavor could use some carrots and scallions for a deeper, more authentic flavor. Sushi was good although not as cold as I like it and they skimp on wasabi and ginger despite requesting extra. Would recommend, will return to hope for Better service as food is good.
