“About a week ago or so, I took it upon myself to get more serious about my work-out and nutrition habits. I do not have much knowledge on the subject so my first step was to visit a GNC location (for my first time). A few acquaintances had advised me that I should just do some research and buy my products discounted online somewhere. However, since I was so in the dark about what I need, I decided to talk to a GNC retail associate anyways. I am very glad I made this decision. The associate I worked with Ken he was one of the most helpful sales people I had ever spoken with. He understood that I had no idea what I was looking for and made sure I did not feel intimidated. He explained so much to me that has helped me in bettering myself. On top of excellent service, the products I ended up with are awesome! They are exactly what I did not know I was looking for. The trip was well worth saving a few bucks on a discount website. Had I bought products online, I am sure I would not have gotten what I need. The purpose of this letter is to say thank you for creating a focus on customer service and providing a variety of products to fit the needs of anyone. Overall, I will definitely stick to purchasing from GNC stores.”

“Okay I give up. No more soups for me here. I really loved their soups. But the last couple years they've really gone downhill. At first it was the little things - they had a great hamburger soup in a fantastic brown sauce and then they changed it to a white cream sauce, which was actually the same sauce base as their potato soup so I guess they did it to save money which I kind of understand. And then they used to have such a large variety - as if someone in the kitchen loved to experiment - it was great seeing what they came up with but they don't do that anymore either. They had a potato and leek soup which was always fantastic but the last two times I got it it was just leek soup in that cream sauce with no potato. I thought it was a fluke but then I just got two more containers and there's no potatoes at all. It's really sad because I loved that soup! When you find somewhere with something that's unique and flavorful it's exciting which makes it all the more disappointing when they decide to change their recipes. I will say that I haven't tried their other food so I can't speak for that but the people are very friendly so I would still check it out which is why I am still leaving 4 stars just don't bother with the soup. “Ryan and John performed the following tasks for my family: The disassembled and reassembled my pool table. They made repairs and added new cloth. Their work was outstanding! They were on-time, communicative, personable, and most importantly, experts at their craft! They also mounted several TV's including a 75 inch model. They artfully crafted a wall as the area (for the 75 inch) was challenging. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. I am fortunate to have found them.
