I'm a truck driver and travel often. My company booked me here and it was the best hotel experience I've had. The rooms were excellent and the staff was amazing. Specially a lady named Quan. She was very helpful and polite during my stay. Highly recommended
We came from a very long journey and wanted to take rest. So i checked into your hotel. It is a very Good Hotel with good facilities for staying.
Specially Gurminder (GARY). He is very kind & very helpful person. He guided us with Indian restaurants as well. Would recommend to my friends and family as well.
Good and clean rooms. Location is also nearby to Wallmart and Best buy which helps a lot. Service is also nice , Gary helped us get the perfect room I needed and also helped me throughout my stay in the hotel. He is very kind and gentleman.
The AT&T reps at the 850 W RT. 70 W are very professional and knowledgeable about the service offering. In fact, it led to my decision to go from two phone lines to five and purchase a new Samsung tablet. Without their astute customer services skills, I would not have recommitted to AT&T services.
Tristan, Hunter and Jimmy were the best help I've received all week I appreciate their help and the honesty of those employees.
The visiting store manager Malik was extremely helpful in taking care of my issues with the bill. He explained and broke down line by line and I feel so much better about switching over after speaking to him as he was just in this store for a meeting but helped me out.
Lovinder and Tristan have been amazing with helping us with our upgrades and new devices. Me being very uneducated with technology today, They went above and beyond to make sure all of our devises were activated and in working order before we left the store. I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Donovan last week. When I entered your store I was already very annoyed from dealing with multiple issues while changing my service from T-Mobile. Donovan listened patiently wile I explained the complexities of the problems i was dealing with. I could tell from his pertinent questions that he clearly understood the situation as I described it. He immediately shared a credible "action plan" that covered all my issues. I could feel my blood pressure stabilizing as I watched him methodically resolve each and every problem.
Donovan's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction is very rare these days and clearly differentiates your product from your competitors.
