I found them because they were the only company I could order the Spectra S1 (rechargeable battery) using my insurance (CareFirst) and paying an upgrade fee. Any other companies did not allow me to order this pump. I submitted my information online and someone reached out to me within a few days explaining my free pump options and upgrade options along with the upgrade costs. They explained what I needed to do and promptly answered my questions about the process. Once they had the prescription from my OB and my payment, the pump arrived within the week (and prior to delivery!). A special thank you to Leslie Bates for all her help.
