I visited his store on three occasions and was able to find the perfect ring that my partner wanted. He was able to deliver a custom engagement ring with minimal turn around despite the holiday season and his own urgent personal matters. I have recommended David to two colleagues. I felt David was invested in the whole process and made our engagement absolutely perfect. I definitely recommend.

We brought my engagement ring to Dave after having a bad experience at Brilliant Earth. I wanted my engagement ring exactly the way my fiancé gave it to me, but in 14K Gold rather than 18k gold to give it more durability. I also wanted a wedding band designed to fit the ring. Not only did Dave meet every expectation, he exceeded them! The rings are absolutely stunning and more than I could have ever hoped for! David and his team at David Arlen are kind, professional, and extremely helpful. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with them! We are extremely cautious with COVID and appreciate their efforts to maintain lower numbers in their store at a time, and the fact that they ID customers before allowing entry, made us feel secure to enter and that our items were safe stored there over night. David resized my engagement ring (with sizing balls) and custom made my wedding band to match perfectly. We found that my engagement band was a unique width/depth and David helped design and create the perfect “Goldilocks” band - the 2mm was too small, the 3mm was too large. My custom made Platinum band is “just right” thanks to David 💙My husband and I are grateful for all the time and energy he put in to this project. Not to mention the skill & talent! David Arlen Jewelers is always great to work with! I don't have much jewelry, but I have taken three rings for repairs at this point. They always come back exceeding my expectations. The staff is also very nice. It's the only place I go and recommend it to anyone needing repairs.
