I contacted customer service (thru the phone, web site response was slow and never completed) and received replacement cartridge for free. The product quality is high and customer support is very good.

We recently installed their SILGRANIT sink and faucet and are in love with how it looks and performs. I love how the company offers a wide range of styles from modern to traditional with everything in between🙌
