Their goal is to push you to strive in getting better. This is my second time using NovaCare Rehabilitation after a knee replacement surgery and I have no regrets with my recovery. I definitely did not want to "waste" my time. Severe back pain, I couldn't even walk or sit, how was I going to do physical therapy! Well,a month of therapy, and seriously, a new life. I worked mostly with Alyssa, she was informative, patient, and friendly. They honestly gave me a new lease on life. The best part, I know if I do slip backwards, they'll be there to pull me back forward.
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH STAFF (TODD,ALYSSA AND KAREN) , FACILITY AND ATTENTION FOR MY NEEDS. BOTH ALYSSA AND TODD ARE EXCELLENT. THEY LISTEN TO YOU AND SPEND TIME WITH YOU. THEY ALSO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS AND GREAT WITH EXPLAINING WHY WE DO CERTAIN THINGS. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH NOVACARE IN LUMBERTON IS EXCEPTIONAL.
