“Helpful staff. Service is somewhat slow as the transactions are lengthy and phone calls interrupt the one or two parts desk clerks. The store proper has a lot of cool power equipment and accessories. For example, it took me about twenty minutes to complete my approximately 10 item order of which most were parts being pulled by the clerk/cashier. That was with no one ahead of me. Understandable given lots of parts are superseded by new numbers. This trip was typical with about a 90 percent in stock fill rate for mostly lawn tractor deck parts.”

“The woman on the phone was awesome and set up an inspection for our new home on very short notice. Don Rankin drove down two hours on a Saturday morning to perform it (thank you Don!). Don was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience pretty painless. (Especially since he performed the home inspection, termite inspection and radon test, so we didn’t have to hire anyone else). He had the reports ready for us Monday afternoon (except for the radon test which takes a few days to perform). The price was more than fair. 10/10 would use HomeSafe again. Also Don is Irish and has a lovely accent and gentle voice; it made his answers and explanations of things that much nicer!”
