I have a piece of jewelry that I hold dear to my heart. I honestly didn't trust anyone with it. Michael came highly recommended and I took my chance. He without a doubt was everything plus what I was told. He not only repaired my piece but also restored my faith in humanity. He was kind and understanding. His work was outstanding.
