I put a work order in due to a non urgent issue and even though it wasn’t dealt with that day, I still was contacted and told why the maintenance guys were very busy (the problem was dealt with within a week). It seems that the staff is very quick to communicate with the residents and I really appreciate that! Besides that I simply love being on my balcony and being surrounded by old growth trees. Lastly, the apartment itself was really easy to make into a home.”
