Mark has been very instrumental in helping my son, as well as my husband and I, handle our son's depression and anxiety. Mark has a way of really connecting with his clients as well as their family which, in the end, is paramount to a positive outcome. Our son was literally on the verge of not passing senior year and thereby not graduating. Mark was able to connect with our son and got him motivated to do that final push toward his missing assignments and therefore putting in the needed work to get his diploma.

Mark has an amazing soul for starters. I came very close minded, knowing I was there for my own personal help but thinking words wouldn’t help what I was going through. He truly is caring, 24 hour help he advises you can call and text at ANY time. I asked to meet outside of the office and he was perfectly okay with coming to me or any location I chose. He’s not focused on the money he really worked with me and adjusted to my situations and I don’t know of a way to thank him enough. I would leave happy, feeling lighter, reassured and I’m a very tough person to get through to sometimes. Thank you thank you thank you. Please just give it a try. I know therapy sounds like something you can just provide for yourself especially for us young ones but even therapists need therapy. Everyone needs it. I 100% recommend.

Mark is the man! The 1st time I met him I was in a state of disarray and in a borderline panic. And old friend of mine suggested to give him a call. When I heard his voicemail without even knowing him I was immediately calmed and soothed and I left a voicemail. In a short amount of time I received a return phone call from Mark. From the voicemail I left, he must have sensed that I was in danger and possible trouble and he was able to offer his services to come meet me at my own residence immediately. I gladly invited him in, and because of that instance, this was the start of allowing myself to be become a happier and better person. Over the course of several weeks, Mark was able to give me insight allowing me to see myself and understand myself in such a better light. He was able to allow me to see that I had all the tools and resources within myself to make these changes to become a happier person let alone a better person. I am truly thankful to and for Mark!. He is easy going and will call you to ensure that you are doing well. It's that type of commitment that gave me the confidence, inspiration, and understanding that all was well in the world and especially in my life. Cheers to Mark! He is a good, caring, and devoted man and therapist! If you need guidance and help in life....Mark is the one to contact!!!!

My son had a very difficult transition in fifth and sixth grade, from childhood to middle school. The kids that he thought were his friends started to be competitive and not so nice, he started to realize the teachers weren’t always going to be on his side, and the things that he was interested in, such as academics, Boy Scouts, art and music, weren’t “cool“ to the other kids. My once confident and outgoing son became self-conscious and withdrawn.

We tried a traditional therapist for about six months. But the experience of going to a doctor every week made my son feel broken, like there was something wrong with him. Sitting across the desk from an adult was just not conducive to him sorting out, never mind articulating, what was going on in his young mind. He began to act out, trying to impress the wrong crowd, and getting into trouble.

Then we met Mark. His manner of relating to people, young and old, is far different from any counselor we had experienced. He sets people at easy, is open and not judgmental, and genuinely cares about people he knows. For my son, the fact that he could talk to Mark while walking outside, playing basketball or at our house, greatly reduced the stigma my son felt about talking to somebody. He could finally open up about his thoughts and feelings.

My son is in seventh grade now, and is navigating his way through a new school year, new friend group and new activities. And he is doing so with purpose and confidence. He has the tools to recognize when his thinking and emotions are not productive for him, and the resiliency to work through difficult situations.

It took a lot of work, by my son, our family, and Mark to get here. I am confident that Mark can help others as much, and I recommend him with enthusiasm.

Mark is an excellent therapist. He is very easy to talk to and makes it easier to open up to. He is very understanding, compassionate and understanding. My husband and I went to Mark for couples counseling & he helped us to communicate better and understand where each of us was coming from. He helped us to have a stronger bond with each other and because of Mark, we have a much stronger marriage. I highly recommend Mark to anyone.
