I have a new sense of optimism since I began PT at NovaCare. After years of neck pain, too many injections and radio frequencies to count, 2.5 years of waiting for a decision on my surgery, and finally getting the surgery I walked into this rehabilitation center.
I was greeted that day and every other day by a wonderful receptionist, Erika. Rachel, my PT, calls me back before I can even finish signing in and gets me started.
When I whine or complain, she gives me a pep-look; she doesn't have to say a word to motivate me. When I'm in pain she's compassionate and provides ideas to help. I feel supported!
As I get ready to leave the staff all say good bye. I walk out feeling much better physically, emotionally, and hardly worry about people looking at the scar on my neck.
They are superb! Along with routine physical therapy they keep up to date with current modalities. They offer cupping and IASTM. I can't talk about cupping but the IASTM is working to reduce my scar tissue and my muscle pain. If you are in a situation where you need PT, I recommend NovaCare.
My experience at Nova care in Southampton,New Jersey,started as a 'chore' that needed to be done,after a minor surgical procedure on my back,but became a motivation to improve myself,through Victoria's,'Tori',as I knew her, energy,and excitement, in doing what she does well,and that is,to get people well. Her staff are connected on a personal level,which you can feel in the attitude of the office. Tori,and Nova Care,for having a person like Tori in their emply, gets an A+ from me!

Staff is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with the PT I’ve received. They are so friendly and caring. If I ever have to go again, I will definitely return to this location.
