Outfront Medical bought back a BiPap machine a family member no longer needed. They were very easy to work with. Michael responded in a timely manner to my emails and requests and provided all the needed information each time. I was pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use their buy back program again.

From my initial questions about customer reviews to walking me through every step of the transaction process, he was more than accommodating with quick and generous replies. Speaking of generosity, his offer for my BiPAP also far exceeded that of any other company I requested. The payment arrived right on time. The whole process was efficient and just as Mike described. He is my go-to in the future, but in the meantime, I will direct what traffic I can his way.
