Lights Out Academy

I would recommend this place to anyone. Ever since I’ve been training with Brian I have seen tremendous progress in my strength, stamina, and speed. I hit balls farther, throw harder, and run faster. The environment is very welcoming, and the gym has great quality equipment. Brian is also very flexible with scheduling which is helpful for my family.

I can’t say enough good things about Bryan and Lights Out Academy. Both of my boys have been attending since August and they have made great strides in their strength, endurance, and overall baseball performance. Bryan is wealth of knowledge in all things baseball. From stretching, mechanics, weight training, nutrition, and so much more, Bryan has been an amazing support to both my boys!

I highly recommend Coach Bryan for training. He will tailor a program just for your athlete and he is very experienced. He connects well with the athletes and ensure that they achieve their goals. He also has great knowledge of what it takes to play sports at the next level in college. We can't thank him enough!

Bryan is awesome! I lost 20 lbs in his first 6 week program and now I am addicted. The workouts always keep you on your toes and he mixes in New things all the time. Bryan is always there for advice and can answer every question you have. Very knowledgeable on muscle groups and isolation of those groups to get the best results possible. I would urge everyone to make the decision to change your life as well!
