Tim's Auto repair II

This guy saved my life this weekend.
I was on my way from Philly to Hoboken when I got in a small fender bender. My entire back bumper was off. We towed the car to exit 5. Tim came to the car without me to fix it both on Saturday and Sunday. He went after hours at 6pm, and then again at 12pm on Sunday to make sure the car was fixed. All to just charge me $50. I wish I could give this man $1,000!!!! THANK YOU TIM!

My family and I have been using Tim’s since we moved to the area, but within the last couple years I’ve been especially happy with the service. We just moved about 20 minutes out of the area and I still drive back here when I have any issues! They’re friendly and helpful, loyal to their customers and extremely timely with repairs - only once have I had to leave my car there more than one business day. Great crew at Tim’s!

I live in Delran but I will always take my car to Tim's. I've been taking my vehicle here for years for various repairs and their work is phenomenal. They care about people here,it's not about the money. They have stayed late for me at times,, always fit me in,and I have my car the same day. Not to mention the prices are amazing. Great team here.

We have a 2017 Honda Pilot with a little over 100,000 miles on it. During a recent oil change at the dealership (we get free ones for life) they recommended a list of preventative maintenance items that cost $3,300. So, I took the vehicle to Tim's and gave them the list of items with the itemized costs blacked-out. Tim called and we went through the list. There were some things he said were not needed, and for the others he provided an itemized cost estimate that was much lower than the dealership. I got most of the items done by Tim's and it only cost $1,200. We keep our cars for a long time and take them to Tim's for all routine/preventative maintenance. They are professional, with reasonable costs and do not push unnecessary work. We recommend TIm's without reservation.

I'm an experienced DIY'r on most of my vehicle maintenance. But when I'm pressed for time or it's just inconvenient for me to do my own work, this is the place I would highly recommend. The actual name of this facility is Tim's Auto (Ceriales is the previous shop before it was acquired by Tim). What sets this place apart from all other local repair shops is you get personal attention from the owner, Tim. He is very prompt with any updates on vehicle status and gets the job done on time. His motto to all his mechanics: "Treat every repair as if it was your personal vehicle." That's class and quality. Additionally, Tim and his guys work overtime to get repairs done and they do not take shortcuts doing it. Keep up the good work!
Recent service: 2004 Volvo S60 Radiator replacement, transmission flush.

Update 1/9/23: This an added update from my previous one on Dec 2022 (my very first experience with Tim's auto). So, it's now Jan 9, 2023, my daughter's Volvo S60 needs suspension work being an older car. Tim delivered outstanding quality work again! Well beyond my expectations. I have to tell you, I'm a very fussy customer and very conservative with trust. I can't say enough positive remarks about Tim and his hands-on management style in treating customers with respect, personally overseeing quality workmanship at reasonable cost, AND being on-time with promised completion. Extremely rare in today's market for an honest, reliable mechanic. I'm a very happy customer and will be for many, many years to come! Not that he needs any more customers being as busy as he already is...but I've recommended him to all my friends.
