“The nature center was nice. There's usually a volunteer on hand to answer any questions you may have about the area and it's wildlife and resources. There's some live local wildlife exhibits,snakes,turtles,frogs,etc. There are a few different trails to hike too. Free admission and parking, but if you can, please consider a donation of some kind.”

“Totally renovated and expanded (2012), building with the addition of a large auditorium, a children's mini auditorium ish room, conference rooms (one large room with a dividing curtain), a media area, a teen area, a security station, a drive up book drop box, a concession area with a seating area, and a amphitheatre. All the original facilities still remain like the actual library, lol the children's library, video library, historical documents room, computers, etc. Many programs are offered including indoor and outdoor concerts. The amphitheatre area includes a concession building with attached bathrooms, and a couple of picnic tables under a shelter. Besides a large parking area (still not enough when concerts are well attended), there is a dedicated handicapped parking area next to the amphitheatre. Enjoy. It's all paid for with the dedicated library tax, so consider all this a paid for service and accept nothing but the best.”
