A friend of mine that is in the tile industry recommended me The Tile Life, since when I described for what color and design I was looking for, he knew that they had the product in stock. I found the products I was looking for on their ecommerce channel, although I wanted to see more live pictures of it. Just to make sure it looks the same as the pictures they have on the website and read what other customers were saying. Thankfully when I ordered and received the products, they were exactly like the picture. Now with that out of the way, I had to learn how to install tile. To my luck, I only made one mistake with one of the tiles when installing and having ordered boxes, I had 10 % in excess, so everything went well. Recommended”

“Had multiple ppl. come to look at refinishing floors at my rental. I know you get what you pay for but, I had a very tight operating budget to work with on the house. Started getting a bit discouraged as everyone else's quotes were over the allotted budget for the floors. Coming out of Home Depot one day I see John in his van. I thought what do I have to loose. I approached him & he was willing to follow me over to the rental right then & there. He looked at the scope of work & immediately came in well under the other quotes. Within 3 days he completed the job, & it looked fantastic (I was concerned about the quality because price was much lower) than anyone else. Since then I have him lined up to do 2 additional projects on the house. I've even ordered materials for the jobs & he's was willing to pickup & bring to sight. If you're OK with conducting business on a handshake, & valuing ppl. for their skill & honoring their word then John's your Man.”

“We recently had a quilt made for my Nephew for his graduation. We used the T shirts of all of the plays that he has performed in since 6th grade through his senior year of high school. We wanted someone local so that we could deliver the t-shirts ourselves as opposed to risking them through the mail. We went online to find someone local and were so blessed to have found this quilter. We were "short on time" and not only were they able to get ours finished by our deadline date (even though there were already a couple of quilts that were started ahead of ours) - it was beautiful and professionally quilted. We gave the quilt to our Nephew at his graduation dinner - he was blown away by the gift and everyone there was impressed by the workmanship and beauty of the quilt. I cannot say enough about Wanda - I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a quilt made.”

The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and family like and the staff works especially well with young children. I was very impressed with how they incorporate computer learning with their private lesson programs. They also offer discounts for families with two or more children taking lessons so that has saved me some money. They also offer recitals in the spring and small concerts at bookstores and coffeehouses throughout the the year to showcase their students. It is great to find a school that is so focused on passing the art of music on to the next generation without all the hype or formality that you usually get from music stores and traditional private lesson teachers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for lessons.”
