“From the first encounter over the telephone, Emily was very friendly and helpful. I informed her that I was a first time home buyer and that I was calling around to get quotes. She told me that she would email me a quote as soon as we got off of the phone. And unlike the other 5-6 title companies I called before, she actually did. I received the email within 5 minutes, and they were much cheaper than any other company I had called. So I responded to her that I would like to use her company. She then immediately reached out to my lender and realtor to introduce herself. Unfortunately, when my attorney heard that I found a title company, he stated that he would only use the title company that his office partnered with. And at that point it was too late to search for a new attorney, so I was not able to use Downtown Abstract. But in the future, I will definitely look to use them and recommend their service.”
