“I have been here for almost 5 years. While yes when we moved it was a totally different company and they had some nice amenities like a pool, that has been taken away, i would say this is a nice place to live. I see they are trying to make some improvements with the amenities such as a new play ground, a dog park, and recently put in a grilling seating area. All nice, I would personally like to see the dog park moved to the other end of the complex away from the kids and some swings put in for the kids or maybe a small gym would be nice. As for maintenance, we have not had major issues thus far. The complex has a fair amount of children which is nice for them to all be able to play together. Parking is amble never have an issue with spots and snow removal has been very good. This is a very safe community. We often get packages and they are never touched. and I never feel unsafe. Overall I would say out of the complexes in this area this is one of the better ones we have seen.”
