“I do not go to Pep Boys often anymore because of past experiences at the Pep Boys in Edgewater on Route 130, however, I visited this Pep Boys in Maple Shade because they were the only store in the area that was willing to get the tires I wanted for my car. They were very helpful and polite. The front desk service associate Tiffany was very sweet every time I called the store and when I arrived she double checked both tires that I bought and carried them out to my car herself despite me offering help. Because of this I visited the store again to get a tire plugged and she was very nice, showed me where the tire needed to be plugged and why I might need new rear tires soon. It was a pleasure doing business with them so far and I hope to continue having a good experience like I have had in the past.”

We hit the jackpot and had Irina. Irina was very pleasant, listened to likes and dislikes and made us feel comfortable.
