“I've taken some of my industrial motors to Greenwood electric for repairs over th past 10+ years and have nothing but good things to say about the place. They get down to component level repairs from rewinding and replacing bearings and such as well as they can sell me a new motor is absolutely needed. Truth be told, I never had to buy a new motor, they take my old one apart, tell me what is wrong with it and also have a dialogue of what my use is so they know if something needs upgraded. I am really focused on reliability for my motors as it takes a lot of time to remove, replace and get it there, and I want it done right. I've NEVER EVER had a return, but I had a question that was attributed to me not knowing something and the after sale provided by Glenn was terrific. He really knows his stuff and I am into electronics so it is hard to BS me. There are no other places in the area that can work on a 400 HP DC motor down to a smaller $300 fan motor, they just sell Chinese crap, but Greenwood gets a 5 star review from me.”

“The store has anything you need for your pet bird and them some. I actually also have two chinchillas and I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the toys I buy for them here. At a great price too! Back to the bird stuff though. This store is huge! The toy selection is great and they even have an area where they have toy parts in these bins so if you want you can build your own toy. The staff was nice. It was our first time in and while we were checking us out they applied a coupon to our purchase. They let us know they have promotions on their site and that's where she got the coupon from. Highly recommend for all your bird needs 👍🏼”

“Ray is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Had a very pesky raccoon problem that decided my attic was a good place to have a litter of pups. Ray was quick to respond, and knowledgeable on different ways to nab him. Ray was persistent in his efforts despite the raccoon even breaking out of the trap once. Once it was trapped, he was able to get the pups out of the ceiling with minimal mess and seal up the entry holes. Highly recommend him (although hope I don’t need him again)”

I been charged 100's for diagnostic trouble isolation several times and had to file it under ' it is what it is '. Gave 4 stars only because I did not actually have work done. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Clearly visible from the street. Be advised that this location is right before turn onto Madison Av and cars may come up on you fast as you are turning in, and leaving. Can drop vehicle and key off night before if need. Bathroom available. Handicap parking and access. IMO Respectfully”
