It's been my first time having to have a ride home from Inspira Hospital Woodbury in a private ambulance service. On my 63rd birthday of all days! I had the pleasure of having Amanda Rogers pick me up. She's a wonderful young woman and we had a good conversation on the way home. Impressed with the cleanliness of the van, her knowledge, and the 5 star service. Hopefully, nothing personal, I won't have to repeat this, but if I do, this is the company to go with, IMO.
Just be aware as I learned that when either the medical facility or you are scheduling a ride, there are others ahead of you to some time period. The nurse was kind enough to give them a follow up call at the time they were to be at Inspira, and found out that there was a delay at a prior call because paperwork that was to be ready for the patient and the service hadn't been prepared at all. This can happen. Amanda arrived shortly thereafter. Pleasant experience to cap off a fun day (upper eye roll)!
This experience was so wonderful!!!! First of all the transport was for my grandmother and the guys who came were so great with her!!!!! They were patient and kind and went above and beyond to ensure her safety and comfort!!!! I rode with them and my terrific experience didn't stop when we got home...I left my phone in the ambulance and didn't realize until after they left. When I called the office they located my phone and another employee offered to take time out of her personal time after her shift to meet me with it!!! Every single person from this company went above and beyond for my grandmother and I and I can not say enough how much I appreciate their service!!!!!
I was transported from Princeton Hospital to Temple Hospital by Nurse Teri, EMT Jessica and EMT Josh late Wednesday 5/31/17 . As I was in a medically fragile condition their professionalism, sense of humor and compassion was greatly appreciated. Not that I ever want to be in an ambulance again, but if I were these are the folks I'd like to have transport me. If they are indicative of Exceptional Medical Transportation then I give them at least the five stars indicated above. Thank You to all who helped me!!
My son was transported from one hospital to another in the middle of the night. They were so kind to us. Took amazing care of him while I followed behind and got him there quickly. Wait time was less then an hour for pick up. Thank you for taking care of my baby.

(856) 809-9500. Had to update my review, because Exceptional Medical Transportation, once again was there when I needed them. They still transport my mom from her nursing home to medical appointments, on time, with a sweet caring driver who makes her feel safe and comfortable.
