“Outstanding service, start to finish. I was interested in Kawai's digital piano offerings, and Warner are the one and only authorized dealer in the region. I called about seeing a few models, and was able to get an appointment the same afternoon. Larry and Ralph greeted me upon arrival, and thus began an afternoon of piano show-and -tell, storytelling, and a fun, relaxed, never-rushed shopping experience. Seriously, I though I'd stop in for half an hour or so, and ended up staying over two hours without realizing it. Don't be put off by "Appointment Only"; you get undivided attention the entire time by both of Warner's owners, which means a lot when looking to spend a big chunk of change on a piano. Pricing is extremely competitive. Larry and Ralph are forthcoming with pricing from the start, giving you the list price, the competition's price, and their price- and they undercut everyone I'd managed to get pricing from. Financing terms are offered, if needed. As the sale was wrapping, up, they offered to deliver the piano that afternoon, as it coincidentally aligned with their schedule-- and they delivered the piano not long after I got home. And set it up. And gave us a Christmas songbook gratis! Thanks very much Larry and Ralph for a most excellent, amusing, and pain-free shopping experience.”
