  Mark is one of those people who you definitely want to have around in an emergency. He's grounded, capable, compassionate, and thinks on his feet.
  
  He's also great NOT in an emergency! :) His keen discernment, warm-heartedness, and professionalism make him an ideal therapist.
  
  Mark also has a deep understanding and practice of mindfulness that brings clarity to those times when you're all confused inside. 5 stars!

  Mark has been absolutely incredible! I really cant say enough about the value he brings as a therapist. I feel like Mark hears me when we speak, and personally has not only helped me see past my anxieties, but also really appreciate the relationships I am lucky to have. If you're looking to get help, i urge you to just take the next step and speak to Mark.

  I've known Mark for a long time and am proud to call him a dear friend. I can say many wonderful things about him and his capacity as a therapist - I'd like to highlight how he coached and encouraged me through a major career transition. Speaking to him proved critical in my making important moves. I am grateful for all that he's given me. I can definitely say that he has helped and supported me as I attain my personal and professional goals.

  Mark has helped me to truly return to my breath. When I feel lost, I take a breath, put my hand on my heart, be present with just me. It makes all the difference in the world.
  I began seeing Mark almost 2 1/2 years ago when my mother past and I needed grief counseling. It's so much more then that at this point. I've grown past a 16 year old teenager into the 53 year old women that I am. Who knew I was stuck (I still am some days but we are working on that)
  The work I have done with Marks help is life changing. I'm a better person because of Mark DiFilippo and I could never thank him adequately.
  He opened a world to me of being calm and learning how to be happy. Who can ask for more then that?

  Mark has changed my life forever. I started seeing him about two years ago when I was having some personal problems which led to strained relationships with significant others as well as my family. He helped me discover what was going and why I was acting and feeling the way I was.
  
  I would still be lost if it were not for Mark. Now I am living a healthy life and I have the confidence and the wisdom to be allow myself to be truly free. I owe him a great debt.
