“We stopped in to eat at the garden state park location in cherry hill, and after ordering to eat in, we noticed people were receiving their orders before us that ordered after us. The wait wasn’t excessive, but when we did receive our food, we also received a very kind apology as well as two gift cards for free 8 piece chicken nuggets or 3 count chicken strips courtesy of Dave Curran. We never even complained about the wait time. This location has excellent customer service. Will definitely stop in whenever we are shopping in the area.”

“Have been here many times and the food is delicious. Friendly staff and usually great service. This past Sunday morning around 8:30 am we placed our order and about 10 min later I have my oatmeal in front of me but my husband did not get his skillet hash. We waited about 3 more minutes when our waiter came over to explain our order was taken to the wrong table and the person there liked the way my husbands skillet looked so they decided they wanted it and the employee who brought it gave it to them. What??? More employee training needed and that customer should be ashamed of themselves. What did they think the person who was supposed to have that was going to eat? We did receive another order within 5 minutes and appreciated the promptness.”

“Man, this place is great! We make the trip out here from Philly, and let me tell you it is well worth it. Mostly, we have bought beer and some liquor, so I can't speak to the wine selection. The liquor selection is decent. Not huge, but well curated. But the selection of beer is really the draw. They have tons of stuff, including a lot from hard to find breweries! (I found cider here from Stowe in Vermont, which I have never seen outside of Vermont before). I also really like that they carry a variety of sizes, 4, 6 and 12 packs. There is a huge variety of mixed 12 packs. There is also a definite emphasis on local stuff. They really have it all. The best part is the the prices are also great, on both beer and spirits. One of the best places for booze around!”

“My goal of visiting Bestbuy: To purchase/custom build a desktop that has the specs to allow video editing and have 3 or more monitors for intense research purposes. By the way, while I did a lot of research on desktops and different specs, I have zero background knowledge on computers. Experience: This is based on my experience with 2 particular Geek Squad agents and Anthony C (one of the store managers) located in Cherry Hill branch of BestBuy in New Jersey. Drew Cimino and his manager were both extremely helpful, thorough, and friendly. They were very approachable and made sure the questions were answered to my satisfaction. They did not mind taking the time to explain things to them. My wife and I really appreciated their help. Anthony for example, took a whole 1 hour to help me make an informed decision about the purchase. He was extremely patient with me - I had a lot of questions that resulted from my limited knowledge but he took the time to answer to the best of his knowledge. Drew and his manager - also chimed in and helped answer questions I had as well. What I appreciated the most about them was that they seemed to enjoy helping (As funny as it may sound) and they were passionate about their work. Would highly recommend them”

“My wife and I have been longtime customers here. Today & yesterday, my wife had an issue with her phone and took it to the Best Buy in Cherry Hill. We were helped by Ariel. I cannot state how much she was patient and helpful with us. We couldn't get the issue resolved yesterday so we had to come back today. My wife had accidentally left her phone there when she left and didn't notice that she left it until after the store had closed. Ariel & staff kept her phone safe and we were relieved to have it safe & sound when we came back this morning. She quickly refunded the phone & swapped it out for a new one. She quickly got it set up and we were on our way. Ariel was a lifesaver!!”
