She was pleasant and knowledgeable about shampoos and helped me chose a good one. An extra strength biotin & collagen by OGX. Devin was smart and guided me expertly and courteously to E 33 where I got my yoga mat. Kristen helped re-set my password for the red card and was super friendly and knowledgeable. I hope they all get some credit for their excellent service. I was really pleased with their service.”
