“I was going to another salon for a few months. I wanted to have my hair lightened and I knew it would take several appointments. Lightening hair is a gradual process. The staff were very cool and the cost wasn't terrible but every time I went, the girl would put dark dye on my roots and lighten the rest. The last visit, I said I wanted it ALL lightened. Again, she put dark dye on my roots and the color wasn't really getting any lighter either. I decided to go see Melissa at Hair Cuttery. I knew she was a senior stylist and I explained what I wanted and what my hair had already been through. She was able to lighten all of my hair safely and gave me the exact haircut I was looking for. I loved it. I got so many compliments on it. Melissa asked many questions which showed me she wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She was thorough and pleasant and worth the cost. I'm going back for a touch up this week.”
