The dietitian Lori is very knowledgeable and encouraging. The products used to assist me with loosing weight have worked as I lost 20 pounds fairly quickly. It required some “will power” but because I seen the dietician regularly it helped to keep me on track. With continued support I have been able to keep it off. I am very happy with my results and the staff. I hope to continue to loose and shape my body into a healthier state.
Very knowledgeable and genuinely caring staff including nutritionist. My blood pressure is ideal and I've managed to keep about 30 pounds off over time. Detailed meal preparation tips and recipes are so greatly appreciated. Exercise advice has been helpful too. Thank you.
