  Even a small box from Tiffany contains something fine and lovely. Brandywine Living at Haddonfield also comes in a small box, (only 52 residents), but the beautiful furnishings inside plus the handsome landscaping outside makes the place fine and lovely. In fact the community in which it is located is a unique, historic town with rare and desirable venues. Elegant surroundings are pleasant but it's the staff here that provides the services a community such as ours needs. Assistance is delivered so easily and naturally that one has to remind oneself that this "machine is so well oiled" because the staff is attentive, accommodating and amiable. Although totally unobtrusive, the senior staff sets the pattern that is followed by all the other employees. It is not unusual for one of them to go beyond his/her job description to fulfill a residents needs. It is the small size and select staff that makes this the place to be, if you can't be home.

  Our 94 year old mother entered the Memory Care floor of Brandywine in Haddonfield 3+ weeks ago and my sisters and I are beyond thrilled with the personnel, the facility, her living space and the attention and care she is getting. Prior to this move, Mom was in an over 55 community (for 20 years) and yes, she was content. But we found that managing her MD appts, coordinating Home Health Aides, and "running" her house from afar was getting to be too much for us. Also, we could see that Mom was getting increasingly sedentary, lacking daily activities and stimulation. But we were apprehensive about moving her and how she would fare in the transition --and now we cannot believe how well she has acclimated! She enjoys the meals, attends some of the various activities and most important to us, she is safe, well cared for and content. Brandywine's wonderful staff has been and continues to be responsive to her and to our family... they are caring, and they have gone out of their way to help -as we planned the move (their patience with our many questions was extraordinary ) and then they also helped us strategize when and how to move her (creating the least amount of stress on mom and us. ) Even better, they continue to keep in touch -even texting us photos of her ... a text or photo with news as small as she's getting her hair done, or that she is at some of the activities means the world to us. We can see that they share our happiness that she is there. Wow! Brandywine Living at Haddonfield is first class and we feel very lucky that mom is there. We can now drop in to visit with her anytime and briefly -without driving an hour in each direction. Her "apartment" (and the overall facility) is clean, bright and cheery, and the staff is attentive and interested in her, her family, and her life. They listen. They ask her questions! And she is safe and near to us and our families. We are pleased that she can join the activities on the Assisted Living floor as well as activities on her ( Memory) floor. She told me today that she particularly likes the chair exercise class! There are activities every day. By the way, Mom says the food is great - she likes to tell us about the desserts! To me, Brandywine feels like a gift... allowing me to be her daughter once again and not only a caretaker ... it is amazing. The vibe of this Brandywine is intimate, everyone is like family... it's a very special place for our mother and we are so grateful.

  As a caregiver myself, it is so reassuring to know that my Mom has the most compassionate and skilled care our family has experienced in an assisting living community. The staff always greets me with smiling faces and helpful support. When I visit, I feel like my Mom and I am treated like extended family. I believe that Brandywine Haddonfield provides the best memory care available. Thank you Brandywine!

  Brandywine Living at Haddonfield is a beautiful calm oasis unlike the 2 prior facilities where my mother resided in memory care. Kim, Jacqueline, Marilyn and all of the other staff provide ongoing compassionate care and love to all the residents. I'm impressed by the quality and maintenance of the facility along with the great food and ongoing programming. Always a pleasure to visit!

  Brandywine Haddonfield is extraordinary in a multitude of ways! I can honestly say that my mother-in-law has “gotten younger“ since moving there. From the Executive Director, to every member of the staff, there is a personal touch and a family “bed and breakfast” atmosphere. My mother-in-law is treated like a queen, and her every need is met with the outstanding staff that engage with the residents constantly, with love, care, and sensitivity. Fabulous care, delicious food, great activities/family events... what more could you want?! Brandywine Haddonfield is the best!
