“3 years in--still overall 5 stars since my first review. Kitchen very small in comparison to other Conifer apartments and could use more closet space. Laundry room could definitely use an upgrade... Still very satisfied in terms of the location of the complex; quiet. Generally-- clean because the Maintenance Guy is amazing!!! great with response time to maintenance requests. Elevators always works. And there are game nights and other very nice activities for the residents. Most residents are very friendly. There appears to be a lot of incompetence and dishonesty on managements part BUT as long as you pay your rent on time, and don't ask for anything else-- you're good.”
