When the sofa we ordered from Nastasi’s would not fit down our basement stairs, we were disappointed and expected the store to consider it “ our problem”. Had the very opposite experience with Matt and his sons. They took back the sofa and met with us to discuss our options for selecting another sofa. They were so accommodating and put a happy ending on what might have been a disaster. I will definitely be back for any furniture needs! Nastasi’s is the best for quality, price, and most important, for service!

Hidden Gem ! Have been going to Nastasi for many years. One of the very few places for customized furniture that does not look like typical box store furniture. Service is wonderful friendly and no pressure. The entire staff wants you to be happy with your purchase. Great prices. Highly recommend this family owned business !

I am absolutely in-love with my couch!!

My entire experience was seamless and enjoyable! They have so many options to choose from on their showroom floor; which can sometimes be overwheleming. Matt, one of their seasoned sales people, was instrumental in helping me design my couch. He made, what is usually a long and tedious process, an absolute breeze.

I was updated on the status of my couch throughout the entire manufacturing and delivery processes. There is a distinct difference working with a family-owned, local business versus a corporately run store.

From entering to exiting Nastasi’s furniture it was an amazing experience. I was greeted promptly by an associate named Matt. I've never had an employee anywhere that took the time to work with me on color coordinating/design, not only by showing his knowledge of the products but he did so in a very professional way, and the most important to me - a friendly way.
If only every employee treated their customers the way Matt did, you definitely need Nastasi’s furniture in your life!
Not only the service was amazing but the quality of the dining room table I received from Nastasi’s exceeds my expectations!!
