  I’ve been an employee for Diplomat for over a year and a half. My favorite thing about Diplomat is the employees that I’ve grown a bond with and residents who show me a lot of love. I am a prn employee who has to come and go due to me being a full time college student. The Diplomat makes sure to inform me and keep me updated on things every time I return even if it’s just for a day, everyone shows love. I appreciate them for hiring me and giving me experience in many different departments at the facility.

  To Diplomat and Sam McCartney, you're doing a fine job taking care of all your residents. I would like to send my warmest love and wishes and expressions of appreciation. I want to thank you so very much for all your help and protection and caring for us during corona virus. Thank you also for taking such good care of us all with food, furniture, remodeling, clean clothes to wear everyday, social services, nursing care, medication, doctors, counselors, and hair dressers. For our remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms and landscaping and flowers.   Diplomat’s focus is to make sure everyone feels safe and welcome. It is important to make sure everyone knows their loved ones are going to be in the best hands under the best care, and that is what this facility is all about. Diplomat Healthcare staff members are there to ensure you and your loved ones are up to date with plans of care as well as promptly answering any questions at hand. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

  Diplomat Healthcare provides excellent care to each and every resident. The dementia care is superior to any I’ve seen before. Nursing and therapy excel at caring for residents with dementia, especially those with more challenging behaviors. The therapy team make sure the short-term skilled patients return home quickly and safely. Every department works hard to ensure 5 star quality care. Highly recommend for short or long-term care needs!
