“Just had to replace the temperature and pressure relief valve on my hot water heater. I called to confirm their location. Gentleman confirmed and gave detailed description of their area. Told him my issue, he described what was needed and advised they had at least 6 of them available in various sizes. He asked if I could bring the old part in that they could match. I arrived to see a couple of "Master Plumbers" vehicles outside. Inside several employees were helping all. Was not there long when I was helped. Again, presented my problem, they gave me the solution quick and easily. Gentleman also took time to answer another other quick question. Made me feel as special as a "Master Plumber" receiving service. Would definitely recommend their services to others.”

“An overall great experience. The building is neat and clean paired with friendly and accommodating receptionists. The office utilizes the latest tools and equipment. The hygienists are friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Nik has an excellent bedside manor and is incredibly professional in his area of expertise. He is the kind of guy that will come in on a holiday to take care of his patients; which is really rare these days. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.”

“I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to after my experience. I am a first time homeowner and I have no clue what I am doing!(Don't tell my wife lol) I had a leak in my basement and needed water service. Not knowing any better, I called Roto Rooter and they told me I had to replace the pipe and run all new piping underground, re-route the piping and also tear apart my front porch deck and front yard! Here's the best part, they quoted me 11k. I decided to get a 2nd opinion bc that just didn't seem right. Sure enough after reading their whopping 4.8 out of 5 stars on homeadvisor, I called Wc Fallows. A guy named Steve I believe contacted me within an hour and he was at my home the same night. Was quoted less than half of what I was told, I get to keep my deck and front yard with minimal digging. The owner Bill came out and took care of it in 2 days. I got to keep my yard and my wife haha. Call the guys you can trust! Many people take advantage bc you don't know any better.”
