“I’ve been taking my kids here for about three years. All of the doctors we’ve encountered have been very nice and knowledgeable. Here and there, we will feel a bit rushed, but overall they are thorough. I deducted a star because the lady who sits up front never seems to be in a good mood or happy to help you. There are certain professions in which you need to put on a happy face in order to put people at ease and make them feel welcome. I’d definitely say that a pediatricians office is one of them. There’s also unprofessional chatter that goes on, which they probably think can’t be heard in the waiting area. Once you pass the awkward waiting area, it’s uphill from there!”
