“Just had to replace the temperature and pressure relief valve on my hot water heater. I called to confirm their location. Gentleman confirmed and gave detailed description of their area. Told him my issue, he described what was needed and advised they had at least 6 of them available in various sizes. He asked if I could bring the old part in that they could match. I arrived to see a couple of "Master Plumbers" vehicles outside. Inside several employees were helping all. Was not there long when I was helped. Again, presented my problem, they gave me the solution quick and easily. Gentleman also took time to answer another other quick question. Made me feel as special as a "Master Plumber" receiving service. Would definitely recommend their services to others.”
