Not only were they extremely professional and friendly, but they took the time to educate me on the services my car needed and helped me understand the safety and importance of keeping my car in good shape! “Phil is very knowledgeable, fair, and conscientious in his work. I asked him to check over my mom's car to make sure it was safe. We needed the A/C checked (air was not consistently cold), new windshield wipers, and tire pressure checked. He test drove it, added freon, and installed new wiper blades. I had forgotten to ask him to fill the windshield washer since it was empty and saw that he did that on his own. The back windows no longer moved up and down due to bad fuses. My mom didn't care about that, but we noticed after that Phil had put in new fuses and put the fuse box cover back on as it had been hanging down before. On top of all this, he is extremely fair regarding price. He never recommends unnecessary services. He was honest and straightforward. I definitely trust him with any of our cars.”

I know everyone's expectations can vary, but I based my experience with them if of how fast they can have the work completed and how well they communicated. Well they exceeded my expectations. Their level of communication was utterly spectacular. I received a call the morning after dropping my car off the night before with a very detailed description of the issue by vehicle was having and how they planned to fix it. “I moved to Riverton NJ so I had not utilize Mr Brakes Auto recently.I had many cars worked on,brakes,oil change things of that nature with my cars and my kids. I recently had my Audi A4 completely go in the tank which was diagnosed with zero compression.. I knew all this happen after a recent oil change less than 24 hours. The garage I was at just wanted to dig in and find out what's going on I just did not feel comfortable and l could not understand how my car could be purring like a cat and then this happened so fast, without warning.I had it towed back to Blackwood at Mr Brakes because I had a great past relationship and knew I could trust Paul . The first thing Paul did was check the oil that was allegedly changed a week earlier and found black disgusting oil that was never changed, they just topped it off with who knows what.. Paul and his crew actually video taped emptying the pan which I was able to utilize when I put in a comprehensive claim to my insurance. I could not have been more thankful that he found what was actually going on. Mr. Brakes has a very friendly staff and they've never disappoint me.. absolutely recommend them”
