Not knowing any better, I called Roto Rooter and they told me I had to replace the pipe and run all new piping underground, re-route the piping and also tear apart my front porch deck and front yard! Here's the best part, they quoted me 11k. I decided to get a 2nd opinion bc that just didn't seem right. Sure enough after reading their whopping 4.8 out of 5 stars on homeadvisor, I called Wc Fallows. A guy named Steve I believe contacted me within an hour and he was at my home the same night. Was quoted less than half of what I was told, I get to keep my deck and front yard with minimal digging. The owner Bill came out and took care of it in 2 days. I got to keep my yard and my wife haha. Call the guys you can trust! Many people take advantage bc you don't know any better.”
