“Katy is the bomb! She's always super helpful, even despite ridiculous insurance rules or restrictions. She makes the process of filling/refilling scripts less painful and less frustrating, and will at least give you a reasonable explanation when there's a problem instead of rushing you off the phone or out of the store like some other pharmacists might do.
