After using two other agencies and leaving them because of how undependable the aides and office staff were, Synergy's professionalism and empathy was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend paying for their services over their so-called competitors.

(April 18, 2017, 3:22 pm)I have been using Synergy home care for my parents for years. ALL the employees are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They always go above and beyond their required duties to ensure my parents are comfortable, and most importantly, safe in their own home.
I have never had an issue with any of their caregivers, office staff or the owners. As a matter of fact, when an aide was out sick Dennis, the owner, filed in.
Don't know why a previous reviewer stated what they did regarding one of the owners. I know for a fact that what he posted is definitely the furthest thing from the truth.
I highly recommend this company to all.
