(January 24, 2019, 8:05 pm)I have gone on the whale/dolphin watch trip every year for the past 10 years or so. Each time is a new adventure. The captain is so informative and the crew are so nice. I highly recommend this tour.
(January 21, 2019, 5:53 pm)I've been on whale watches around the world, New England, Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon. While I've never seen a large whale in Cape May, the trip is always fun. Only once have we not seen hoards of dolphins, and we collected our voucher for a return trip, which we used. I love the commentary from the captain, clearly a knowledgeable cetacean fan, who tells the truth about captive dolphins.
The crew is friendly and knowledgeable, the pizza hot and tasty, the boat large enough to walk around comfortably.
It's a great day! We do this trip at least twice a year and always have a good time.
BTW, the second trip returns home just in time to run across the street and get in line for early dinner at the Lobster House.
(December 28, 2018, 2:46 pm)Fabulous fun! They promised we'd see dolphins and we saw plenty! The person who spoke over the loudspeaker gave a very interesting talk worth listening to. I like the extras too, free breakfast danish and cinnamon rolls and beverage. And if you forgot your binoculars, they were available. My 7 year old granddaughter said this activity was her favorite of our whole Cape May vacation! I highly recommend making it part of your trip!
(December 18, 2018, 1:27 pm)Once a year in June for the past years our group does the Cape May Whale Watcher, 2 hours Dolphin watching.
The Captain's is very knowledgeable and staff is friendly.
We saw a lot of dolphins.
The boat with benches and large table inside, with a snack bar that has hot dogs, pizza, ice cream and other snacks. Beer, wine and cocktails are also available.
It's always a wonderful day for us and I would definitely recommend!

(December 15, 2018, 7:27 pm)I participate annually in the whale and dolphin watching with friends and family. It's a spectacular way to spend 3 hours. Besides the wildlife the views are serene! Not to mention you can move around the boat and food and drink are always available!
