“We tried the Blue Cactus tonight for dinner and it was a pleasant surprise. The service was good and the food came out pretty fast. Tacos were simple,fresh and delicious. We also tried the chips and salsa, the chips were fresh and the salsa was just right. The only suggestion I would make is to add maybe something simple for kids meal. We will definitely go back next time in OC.”

“Brown's is one of our favorite places on the OC, NJ boardwalk. It has been family owned since 1976 and started out as a little donut shop. It is now a nice roomy boardwalk restaurant still built around the donuts that customers can watch being made. Donuts are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Choose from plain, cinnamon and sugar, powdered sugar, chocolate and vanilla iced. Come on down to the shore and enjoy Brown's on the boardwalk at the end at the end of St. Charles Place.”

“Nothing fancy, but this place worked for a quick bite of pizza with young kids. We intended to eat at a different place, but it was extremely crowded and the kids needed to eat. Pisa was completely empty so it was nice and quiet, and both booster seats were clean and available for the kids. The pizza came out quickly and the server was friendly. Prices were reasonable considering we were on the boardwalk. We did not see a restroom, so if we had stayed longer, that could potentially have been an issue.”

“A neat twist on ice cream sandwiches and only $6 each. There are dozens of ice cream treat combinations to choose from. I tried the peanut butter brownie which was peanut butter flavored ice cream with brownie pieces mixed in. I also had the orange cramsicle which was more like a gelato in ice cream sandwich form. A nice alternative to traditional ice cream on the boardwalk. Located right in front of the waterpark.”
