“Nice place for a quick stay with minimal amenities like microwave, fridge. Walkable from seashore about 50 ft. The board walk is about at least half mile walkable from here. We were able to cover it in about 20-25 mins with few toddlers walking. Overall, a good place to stay.”

“Stayed here for a little getaway in Wildwood. Very satisfied with our stay. We had a nice room with a pull out coach and two queen beds. Very close to the beach and boardwalk and a lot of convenient restaurants near by. Pool was also very nice and water was always perfect temperature. Definitely recommend this place.”

“The husband and I have been coming to the Yankee Clipper for years...a classic Wildwood Crest motel from back in the day and there aren't many remaining. It's always clean, has everything we need, has a beautiful ocean view from the third floor, steps to the beach, close to the boardwalk, and super reasonable. Frank and Marina are always wonderful to us and always have our favorite room reserved for us. We appreciate the "rules," and there really aren't many, it's called respect for other guests and it makes everyone's time enjoyable. Coming back soon...can't wait!!! Thank you Frank and Marina!!!”

“Just in case you don’t have time to read my details, let me make it simple for you – you will be 100% satisfied with Re-Max especially Chip Watson & Stephanie Lineburgh. They are professional, they listen to your needs, they make themselves available, they are hands-on and the customer service is unbelievable. You feel like they care about you personally, you are not just another sale. Now some details, Looking for a house: I first became interested in the Villas area when I had shown interest in a house on-line. Right away, Chip got back to me and referred me to Stephanie. Stephanie asked some questions, (I also picked some homes to look at as well) and when I came down to Villas, we went house hunting. She had all the paperwork ready in a folder for me, the quickest routes to see the homes, and was informed about each property. Side note: she recommended a mortgage broker, Joe Conlin from Myrepublic bank, and he too, was AMAZING (a review on him as well) As we walked through each property, we discussed the property and she really listened to our wants and needs. She wasn’t pushy and really took the time to listen. She would then send me properties matching our conversations. We made it down to the Villas again, and she had properties ready for us. The properties she showed us indicated the wants and needs I had expressed in earlier conversations. Long story longer, she found us the perfect property that met our needs. Bidding: Stephanie was on top of it and would keep me informed throughout the whole process. Hands on the entire time. In Contract: Stephanie from Re-Max AGAIN was AMAZING. She had suggestions for inspections, kept me abreast of everything and would even meet my contractors at the house when I could not be there so I could get estimates. She did not have to do that but she did. She was always there for me. Closing: Seamless yet again. Many would say, isn’t that what a real estate agency/agent should do?
