They are professional, they listen to your needs, they make themselves available, they are hands-on and the customer service is unbelievable. Now some details, Looking for a house: I first became interested in the Villas area when I had shown interest in a house on-line. Right away, Chip got back to me and referred me to Stephanie. Stephanie asked some questions, (I also picked some homes to look at as well) and when I came down to Villas, we went house hunting. She had all the paperwork ready in a folder for me, the quickest routes to see the homes, and was informed about each property. Side note: she recommended a mortgage broker, Joe Conlin from Myrepublic bank, and he too, was AMAZING (a review on him as well) As we walked through each property, we discussed the property and she really listened to our wants and needs. She wasn’t pushy and really took the time to listen. She would then send me properties matching our conversations. We made it down to the Villas again, and she had properties ready for us. The properties she showed us indicated the wants and needs I had expressed in earlier conversations. Long story longer, she found us the perfect property that met our needs. Bidding: Stephanie was on top of it and would keep me informed throughout the whole process. Hands on the entire time. In Contract: Stephanie from Re-Max AGAIN was AMAZING. She had suggestions for inspections, kept me abreast of everything and would even meet my contractors at the house when I could not be there so I could get estimates. She did not have to do that but she did. She was always there for me. Closing: Seamless yet again. Many would say, isn’t that what a real estate agency/agent should do? “The food was good but yes the sauce is highly acidic and the vodka sauce is too thick. I had the artichoke and it was delicious also the eggplant pesto also good except the sauce. Portions are large and way more then we could handle (good job). The noise in there is loud, wood floors amplified sound. Need sound absorption placed in ceiling, it's like a high school gym in there. You guys will make the changes and your restaurant will boom, we will be back!”

“The leaf pickup schedule is a bit confusing as usual, it would help if they would just put up a map to show each pick up zone, especially for part-time residents who are not familiar with the street names. I think this is why we see so many piles of leaves in front of houses at all times of the year. Also, is the drop off closed on Sunday the 11th for Veterans day when it’s not observed until Monday, the 12th when it looks like it opens at 7 am? Otherwise, they do great jobs whether picking up or dropping off, just need to better communicate on the level us common folk can understand, like 5th grade?”
