  Very friendly staff. The owner Mitch was awesome. I read bad stuff about him but I did not experience any of what I read. He was polite, courteous and welcoming. I bought the membership and rebooked my next appointment. I highly recommend them. My service was professional and I feel better. Ignore the naysayers. Sounds like SOUR GRAPES to me!

  After spending about 4 weeks of physical labor at home after my regular job, I found that I finally needed a massage to work out the knots in my neck and the pulled muscles in my lower back. I remembered that I wouldn't get pains like that while I was getting monthly massage therapy. I made an appointment the day before.
  
  In order to get a reasonable price, I reactivated my membership after I had taken about 5 months off from it.
  
  The atmosphere is relaxing and the massage therapists I have worked with are professionals. One I had worked with on recent previous occasions was still there and I was able to fit the massage within my schedule.
  
  You are usually offered add-ons to your massage: hot stone massage (Hand & Stone), aroma therapy, a facial and others. The number of add-ons usually depends if the massage therapist has a gap in their schedule after you.
  
  They run a tight schedule, so arrive ahead of time so you can get your 50 or 80 minute massage. The 10 minutes is to give the massage therapist a break, to prepare the room with clean linens and ask you questions about your needs for today. If time is limited, they may focus only on the regions of the body that need it. This is to provide full effectiveness of the massage.
