I went in and out 30 minutes for a out of state transfer of License 🪪. Finally became officially NJ resident. IF you things to go smoothly please take your time and fill out the forms correctly the first time , I had to go back in line because I scratched and fixed them , they don't want u to fix anything just do it right the first time or ask for another form if u made a mistake.

Came in and got my name changed really fast. You don't need an appointment for name changes, gender markers, or probationary licenses. You do need an appointment for everything else. I believe this is a licensing center only. If helps if you go online and print out your paperwork and fill it out before you get there. Their busiest days are Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. They take cash, checks, and credit cards. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean and organized.

I would advice you go online and read about the services and requirements. Have a copy of all documents needed and be ready to submit all the requirements.
