“I saw Dr Toome many years ago for a severe rosacea problem. I would have to wait for hours I’m the waiting room, but she was worth it. No other dermatologist could get my skin under control; but she did it. The scheduling was ridiculous though.. no one should have to wait for hours every time they see her. “I did not get my eye exam here, thus far, I have only purchased glasses here. The first day I got them the lense fell out. I took them back the next day and the woman in the office was very sweet and she fixed them promptly and made additional fit adjustments. I also called to inquire if they would be willing to measure my pupil distance (a lot of places won't do this) for free. Incredibly nice and understanding staff.
