“I can't believe no one has reviewed Dr. Kuptsow yet, especially since it is unlikely you can even get any appointment with him anymore unless you are already an established patient! He is my primary care physician for many years. He has a very calming demeanor, never panics, just cool and calm and collected Doctor. He will absolutely listen to your concerns and make referrals as necessary, as well discuss routine recommendations with you to make sure you are following through. These days they need to spend a lot of time on the computer, but he is definitely listening. Some Doctor's can't do both at the same time, but he can. It is nice to have an electronic version of medical records that they provide you with upon departure. This is becoming the new norm all around, and I find to be a best practice courtesy of virtual medical records tracking. I have had a lot of issues over the years, and never feel like I am bothering or inconveniencing him. He just keeps moving forward with recommendations as necessary and reviewing whatever information he does have. He also likes to have records from other providers, and they almost always have them. Once I asked for a copy of my medical records when I had many specialists, and almost all the records where there, including from the many specialists. Highly recommend for his calm and collected demeanor and attention to detail. He is very equipped at handing acute issues as they arise, and when more chronic ones do, will refer you as necessary to whomever he thinks he could help best. So, I'd say he is by the books. If I had any complaint, I'd like to see him with a hospital affiliation, just because as a patient that would be really nice to have him there when you needed him most. But, I'm not deducting a star for that, because not everyone is interested in hospital work, and I certainly don't blame them!”
