When she can't give an answer immediately, she figures it out and gets back to me as soon as humanly possible! Through the whole house purchasing process and renewal of policies, this company has been one of the only companies who KNOW what their doing and treat their clients wonderfully! (March 28, 2019, 10:41 am)I highly recommend Generazio! I use them for both car insurance and renter's insurance. Vanessa Velez is fantastic! She always reminds me when I have a payment due. I moved several times and they update my renter's insurance address with no issues. Chris Puorro handles my car insurance. Everyone is friendly, professional and prompt to reply to emails. I would trust the team with all of my insurance needs!
