(September 27, 2018, 1:02 pm)This fitness center offers several small group training sessions from beginners to the everyday athlete. Clients can can purchase memberships or small packages that require no commitment. Classes include a state-of-the-art Cycling Studio, TRX training, bootcamp type classes and dancing. I highly recommend this for people that like a variety in their workout routines. (Yes, they have childcare too.)
