Stan was on time & very professional. He was also very detailed and informative, which helped me out a great deal in understanding what’s going on and why. The job was a drain cleaning and also camera view of my piping to see what’s going on and everything went well. Right from my first call for service I could tell it was going to be a good experience. I was provided real-time information right up until the my service tech arrived. Stan showed up on time and thoroughly explained the work he believed needed to be performed. He quoted me on site a fair price. We had an emergency main line back up. I was told I needed hydrojetting services due to major roots in the line and scale build up. My husband and I called Smiley Drain. The rep (Jessica) in the office was absolutely amazing! Scheduled us for same day service. They arrived promptly, within the hour actually!. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Michael, the plumber from the Smiley Drain team came to my home as scheduled. He was professional and did a great job clearing my clogged drain. The price was also reasonable and I would call them again if the need arises.
